VALDEZ, AK (Day 2).  As we waited for the cruise to begin, we took our place up front in the bridge.  The crew were completely comfortable with having us there, and before anyone else came in, Betty took her place at the helm.

After a short while, the crew came in, and we were joined with other eager guests.  We cruised Prince William Sound to Meares Glacier and saw some wildlife along the way.
